Today's Scripture
“Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?” Jesus answered him, “‘Love the Lord your God with every passion of your heart, with all the energy of your being, and with every thought that is within you.’ This is the great and supreme commandment. And the second is like it in importance: ‘You must love your friend in the same way you love yourself.’ Contained within these commandments to love you will find all the meaning of the Law and the Prophets.”
Matthew 22:36-40

Today's Thought
Love is a learned commodity, even Jesus had to learn how to love and He learned it from His Father and you learned from watching Him… Love's greatest expression is discovered in watching Jesus respond to people all throughout the Bible.

Today's Confession
Father, thank you for modeling your love for me throughout the entire Bible. I thank you that I am a recipient of your love and therefore I can be a giver of your love. Help me to find ways to walk in love today with my friends, family, coworkers, and everyone I come into contact with!
