Today’s Scripture

I remind you, fathers and mothers: you have a relationship with the One who has existed from the beginning. And I remind you, young people: you have defeated the Evil One. I write these things to you, dear children, because you truly have a relationship with the Father. I write these things, fathers and mothers, because you have had a true relationship with him who is from the beginning. And I write these things, young people, because you are strong, the Word of God is treasured in your hearts, and you have defeated the Evil One.

Today’s Thought

Your strength is found in treasuring the Word of God in your heart; it's the power that defeats the evil one. Take time today to meditate in the word and plant it firmly in your heart.

Today’s Confession

I will treasure God's Word in my heart, knowing that it is the source of my strength and the power that defeats the enemy. I choose to meditate on His Word today, allowing it to guide and strengthen me, knowing that as I do, I walk in victory over the evil one.
