Today’s Scripture

Yes, all things work for your enrichment so that more of God’s marvelous grace will spread to more and more people, resulting in an even greater increase of praise to God, bringing him even more glory! So no wonder we don’t give up. For even though our outer person gradually wears out, our inner being is renewed every single day. We view our slight, short-lived troubles in the light of eternity. We see our difficulties as the substance that produces for us an eternal, weighty glory far beyond all comparison, because we don’t focus our attention on what is seen but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but the unseen realm is eternal.

Today’s Thought

The natural world we live in seems to be more real than the unseen realm of the spirit. Remembering to focus on the unseen, is connected to the eternal realm, so never give up your focus and give your attention to the eternal.

Today’s Confession

I choose to focus on the eternal, knowing that the challenges of this life are temporary and will lead to an eternal, weighty glory. I will not 

be distracted by what is seen but will keep my attention fixed on what is unseen, trusting that God is working all things for my good and His glory. I will not give up, for my inner being is renewed daily in His strength.
