Today’s Thought  

Sooner or later, your mouth will reveal what your heart has been rehearsing. That is why you cannot allow every thought to have access to your heart. Some thoughts are lies, fears, assumptions, exaggerations, accusations, or old wounds trying to pull your focus away from truth.

Unchallenged thoughts can become repeated thoughts. Repeated thoughts can become meditated thoughts. And meditated thoughts eventually become beliefs. That is why you must filter what you allow to live in your mind and heart.

Today’s Challenge  

Before accepting a thought today, ask: Does this agree with God’s Word? What fruit will this thought produce if I act on it? If it does not produce faith, peace, love, or obedience, reject it.
