Your life moves toward whatever consistently captures your attention. That means your focus is not a small thing—it is directing your faith, your emotions, your decisions, and your future. Life will always try to pull your mind in a hundred directions, but God calls you to set your mind on things above.

Refocusing does not mean ignoring responsibility. It means making sure Jesus, His Word, and His promises are the center of your attention while you walk through responsibility. When your mind is stayed on Him, peace becomes possible even when life is busy.

Today’s Question  

What has been capturing most of your attention lately? Take a moment today to ask God, “Lord, what do I need to refocus on?” Then intentionally set your mind back on Him and His Word.
