Today’s Scriptures

Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

Matthew 6:8 KJV

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Matthew 7:7-8 KJV

Today’s Thought

God already knows what you need, but He still tells you to ask. Prayer gives heaven legal access into your life and situation. Don’t pray vague, empty prayers when God has invited you to ask specifically. Nothing becomes dynamic until it becomes specific. Bring your need, your request, and your petition to the Father with faith in His Word.

Today’s Challenge

Write down one specific thing you are believing God for. Find a scripture that matches that need, then pray it clearly and confidently to the Father in Jesus’ name. Don’t just say, “God bless me.” Ask according to His Word.
