Today’s Scriptures

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:

And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

1 John 5:14-15 KJV

Faith, then, is birthed in a heart that responds to God’s anointed utterance of the Anointed One.

Romans 10:17 TPT

Today’s Thought

Confidence in prayer begins when you know the will of God. God’s will is found in God’s Word. When you pray according to what He has already spoken, you don’t have to wonder if He heard you. His Word gives you evidence, and that evidence gives you boldness. Prayer is not a guessing game. You are not spinning a spiritual roulette wheel hoping God will respond. When you find His promise, you can stand on it. Faith begins where the will of God is known.

Today’s Question

What are you praying about right now that needs the support of Scripture? Find God’s Word on that situation, and let His promise become your confidence in prayer.
