You're Still Crushing It

Have you ever had one of those days when you just know you’re crushing it? Today was not that day for me.

This is week 4 of this current workout so by this time I should be getting faster and stronger.

But today I felt kind of sluggish and tired and it was a bit of a struggle.

Then I realized something. I showed up today. I didn’t quit. I didn’t slack. I did what I was supposed to do. And even though I didn’t necessarily feel like a workout rockstar, I still crushed it today.

The next time you have one of those days. The kind where you don’t feel like you’re killing the game. Just remember, you showed up, you didn’t quit, you did what you were supposed to do and you’re still crushing it! I’m cheering you on!
