Celebrate The Successes
Today starts my 4th week of this workout cycle, and I have to say I’m loving it! Out of four days of workouts there are only two movements that I have a hard time with- front raises and side raises. (Only because I don’t like them. I do love the definition in my arms that they produce though so it’s worth the dislike!)
I woke up today ready to hit the gym. I was excited, motivated and ready to go! I crushed today’s sets and even beat the clock by four minutes. There is something about knowing you are doing well that motivates you to do even better. When you are confident it makes all the difference!
I know that I may not feel this way after this six weeks is up. I may get my next set of workouts and struggle like I did last time. So I’m determined to enjoy every minute of the next three weeks worth of programming! I’m going to celebrate the wins and hold on to the memories to look back on when it might be a little tougher.
In life we go through seasons. Some easy, some difficult, some that cause us to work a little harder and some that make us feel like we are winning at life!
In the easier seasons, take the time to celebrate the victories. Cherish the wins. Hold on to the memories of the successes so when struggles come you can remind yourself that you’re still a champion!
What successes can you celebrate today? What achievements can you hold on to? I encourage you to find even one thing that you can remind yourself of! Make it a great week. I believe in you!
